Real agents have no physical offices - all of their work can be done in Real’s app. As Real’s Director of Design, I am heavily involved in our product – from brainstorming ideas with our CTO to building and QA’ing final products with our developers. See below for a few of the projects I’ve developed in my time at Real: Agent Dashboard, Team Leader Dashboard, and Transactions Detail Page.

Agent Dashboard

Real’s app has many features, including contacting support, viewing transactions, messaging clients, and searching listings. The app needed a central place where agents could quickly track all of their activity in one place. I worked with our developers to help build a dashboard with a top to bottom view of an agent’s business, using a sequence of bite-sized cards to show their sales funnel.

Team Leader Dashboard

Real estate teams normally have a leader, who tracks each member’s activity. I worked with our accountant, customer success team, and developers to build an interface that helps team leaders better understand their team member’s activity.

Transactions Detail Page

For a real estate agent, the relevant information of a transaction varies, depending on the stage the transaction is in (e.g., just listed, offer placed, closed). I worked closely with our CTO to build out a dynamic and flexible transaction screen that offers agents more insight into a deal and gives them action items for each stage of the transaction. To add some fun to the project, I designed a congratulatory welcome screen that appears when an agent opens the Real app for the first time after closing a transaction.
